Tokenized Green | 3D Motion Design for a Sustainable Tokenized Investment Platform

Context: Tokenizing Sustainable Real Assets

Tokenized Green is a Spanish collective investment platform that allows individuals to invest from €50 in sustainable real estate and renewable energy projects through blockchain-based digital tokens (Polygon network).

Each token represents an economic participation in a real-world asset — often referred to as a “digital brick” — combining financial return with measurable environmental impact.

The goal of the project was to clearly explain this hybrid model (investment + sustainability + blockchain tokenization) to a non-technical audience.

Challenge: Simplifying Blockchain, Tokenization and Collective Investment

The platform integrates multiple complex concepts:

• Tokenization of real-world assets
• Blockchain-based traceability and transparency
• Fractional collective investment with low entry tickets
• Potential liquidity through an internal secondary market
• Financial return combined with environmental impact

The strategic challenge was to transform a technology-driven financial model into a clear and accessible visual narrative capable of building trust.

The piece needed to reduce cognitive friction without oversimplifying the structure of the model.

Creative Direction: Visualizing the Intangible

The core conceptual decision was to use motion design and 3D animation as tools for visual translation.

The approach relied on:

The visual narrative helps the audience understand how users can invest in digital fractions of real sustainable assets and receive structured returns.
