Monoceja is a personal 3D character project created as a studio identity and an R&D space to explore character acting, timing, and a consistent motion language.

The character started as a simple visual idea and evolved into a fully developed 3D asset, used across an opening piece and a growing set of short loops designed to test performance, rhythm, and personality in different scenarios.

I led the project end-to-end: creative direction, design, 3D development, and animation, focusing on clarity, appeal, and repeatable visual rules that can scale as a system.

The result is an evolving identity piece that reinforces recognition through motion—built to grow over time and support my work as a motion designer.
