Personal 3D character project developed as a studio identity and long-term R&D platform. Creative direction, design, 3D, and animation by Ismael González.
Monoceja began as a personal initiative to create a recognizable studio identity built around a proprietary 3D character.
The objective was to develop a flexible character system and consistent motion language that functions as both branding and an ongoing research platform.
The character was designed with clear, minimal geometry and strong silhouette recognition. The goal was to create a form that can adapt to multiple contexts while maintaining consistency.
I led the project from concept to execution, including design, modeling, rigging and motion development. The focus was on clarity and building repeatable visual structures that can scale over time.
Monoceja is an evolving identity system that serves as a creative backbone for the studio. It operates as a long-term visual asset designed to grow and adapt.
